At Chaudhry Homeopathic Stor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns for:
- Defective products
- Damaged items received during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase and product images/videos may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used health products
- Herbal, homeopathic, or wellness products once opened
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Change of mind after delivery
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for:
- Defective items
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items sent by us
Replacement products will be dispatched after verification of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
