🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

🚫 Return & Refund Conditions

  • No refunds on opened medicines
  • You may place a new order using the same amount after refund.

💳 Advance Payment Policy

  • Orders above PKR 40,000 require advance payment

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/opened medicines
  • Items without original packaging
  • Returns after 5 days

📦 Return Shipping

  • Paid by customer unless item was incorrect or damaged
